Level 2 Assisted Stretching

2 hours post-training included in the price

Description

The second level builds on level 1. The students will be given & demonstrate over 20 stretches. After level 2, students leave with a 60 minute full-body assisted stretch session. The routine can be customized & modified for the clients specific needs.
