Level 1 Assisted Stretching

Belt, Pad & 2 hours post-training included in the price

Description

The first level is designed to teach students over 20 assisted stretches. Students can incorporate stretch therapy into their practice as an additional modality. Students leave with a 60 minute full-body session. The routine can be customized & modified for the clients specific needs.
